By creating an account and playing on MuOnline Emberion, you agree to the following terms.
1. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for losses resulting from shared, stolen, or compromised credentials. One person may own multiple accounts, but account trading or selling is prohibited.
2. Fair Play
Use of bots, hacks, third-party automation, exploits, or any unauthorized software is strictly forbidden. Abusing bugs instead of reporting them may result in a permanent ban without warning.
3. Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, scamming, real-money trading of in-game items, and impersonation of staff are not tolerated. Staff decisions regarding conduct are final.
4. Virtual Items
All in-game items, currency, and characters are the property of the server and have no real-world monetary value. Purchases grant a limited license to use virtual goods within the game and may be modified or removed at any time.
5. Service Availability
The server is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to perform maintenance, wipes, or shutdowns. We are not liable for any loss of progress or virtual goods.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
