1. Virtual Goods
All purchases deliver virtual, non-tangible goods (coins, VIP access, in-game items). Once credits or items are delivered to your account, the transaction is considered complete.
2. All Sales Final
Because virtual goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3. Failed Delivery
If you were charged but did not receive your credits or items, contact an administrator with your transaction ID. We will investigate and credit your account or issue a refund for the undelivered amount.
4. Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate and permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Please reach out to support first — we are happy to help.
5. Bans
Accounts banned for violating the Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund.
